* For some counties, information about the parcel could not be directly linked to on its county property appraiser website. For those sites, click the Property Search Website link and search by parcel ID number. This number is called the Property ID in Broward County, Folio in Miami-Dade, Real Estate Number in Duval, Parcel number in Flagler, P.C.N. in Palm Beach, and the STRAP number in St. Johns County. For other sites, the links will not work until you first visit the county property appraiser website and agree to the terms of use. In these instances, or if you are having difficulties getting to the parcel’s information, click on the link marked “Property Search Website” for the user agreement, the site’s usage tips and to search by the parcel ID number. |

About parcel size
- A. Acreage data are required to be in hundreths format which would reflect for an eleven and three-quater (11 3/4) acre parcel, when translated, as 11.75 acres, for example.
- B. Square Footage data reported in the parcel size field or space are required to be documented as whole numbers.
- C. Lot(s) data reported in the parcel size field or space are required to be documented as whole numbers.
- D. Front and Depth data are supposed to be in whole numbers. Many property appraisers use a Lot Front only appraisal system which provides for recording only the Front or an adjusted Front Dimension. This precludes the determination of parcel size from the recorded data.
